DOX-1 Mix of N, N-Diaryl-p-phenylenediamines (DAPD) Antiozonizer / Antioxidant
ANTIOXIDANT DOX – 1 is used in tyres and general rubber goods
such as hoses, conveyor belts, o-rings, seals, gaskets and wiper blades
to confer long term protection.
ANTIOXIDANT DOX – 1 is a persistent antiozonant, powerful
antioxidant and antiflex cracking agent for many natural and synthetic
elastomer compounds. It is a particularly powerful antiozonant for
polychloroprene.
ANTIOXIDANT DOX – 1, when compared with other
p-phenylenediamines, has the lowest effect on the scorch and cure rate
of compounds based on natural rubber, SBR, polubutadiene and
polychloroprene.
ANTIOXIDANT DOX – 1, is the least staining of the commercially available p-phylenediamines.

DOX-2 (Mixed Diaryl-p-phenylenediamines) - Antiozonizer / Antioxidant
ANTIOXIDANT DOX - 2, a liquid at 60oC, has negligible scorch effect and is the least staining of the commercially available p-phenylenediamines .
ANTIOXIDANT DOX - 2 is a persistent antiozonant, a powerful antioxidant
and an anti-flexcracing agent for many natural and synthetic elastomers.
ANTIOXIDANT DOX -2 is widely used as a stabilizer for staining emulsion
SBR. It is unaffected by even the lowest pH encountered during
coagulation of the rubber and will provide excellent protection during
drying, storage and processing of the SBR.
